根據日本《日刊CYZO》爆料，繼AKB48成員增田有華，因和DA PUMP成員ISSA爆出外遇醜聞，離開AKB之後，又出現其中成員，是公司工作人員的小三，甚至另有成員和記者有姦情。

週刊記者透露：「有一個每次在各種選拔賽，必定入圍的成員A，和工作人員有關係，已經一年左右了，絕對是曝光出來就完蛋的關係，因為她和增田有華一樣，都是給別人當小三，但她的對象並非明星而是公司工作人員。」（網友猜測A是柏木由紀、渡邊麻友、指原莉乃其中一人）

不過，這個小三非常小心翼翼，幾乎抓不到任何證據，即使到酒店開房間的照片，也都被壓制住，加上是明星和工作人員這樣的關係，走的近也是應該，很容易被忽略。然而成員們多數都知道A的事情，還有不少前輩提醒，但是A根本充耳不聞，直到現在，這段見不得光的關係，始終維繫著。

此外，還有成員B和記者有一腿。某製作人透露：「B曾為某件事情煩惱，就每天去找很熟悉的記者討論，之後兩人發展成男女關係，該名男記者還很得意地，四處露骨炫耀和B的關係，某次喝醉酒後更自曝和B發展的是肉體關係。」（網友猜B嫌疑包括峰岸南、秋原才加、高橋南、宮澤左江）

但以上關係都不若，AKB48與傑尼斯藝人發生戀情那麼危險，事發肯定被迫退隊。可是現在還在圈內活動的C，卻依然維持著這種危險關係。知情人士指出：「C本來就是傑尼斯的粉絲，且有固定喜歡的偶像，為此C還在電視上特別提過『如果能和傑尼斯家族的人交往該有多好』。」

據稱，目前C已經和傑尼斯家族人氣組合Hey！Say！JUMP成員有岡大貴交往中，兩人現在感情很穩定。（網友猜C是小野惠令奈）
